BCBA/LBA Clinic Administrator

Recruit Secure is collaborating with a well established ABA Therapy Clinic which is seeking an experienced and driven BCBA Clinic Administrator to lead clinical operations at a growing clinic in Riverdale, GA. This is a in-person leadership role responsible for overseeing ABA therapists while managing key clinical and administrative functions that support the day-to-day success of the clinic.

The Clinical Director will collaborate closely with the Assistant Administrator to ensure the highest standards of patient care, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage clinical programming, case reviews, and treatment plan oversight
• Support daily clinic operations through administrative and clerical tasks
• Collaborate with the Assistant Administrator on workflow, staffing, and quality assurance
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards
• Provide mentorship, training, and performance feedback to staff

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA (NATIONAL AND STATE) certification required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BCBA
• Strong background in administrative and clerical responsibilities
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced clinical environment

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $90,000 $110,000
