About the opportunityContentful is seeking a Senior Business intelligence Analyst to join our growing Field organization. In this highly visible and impactful role, you will serve as the analytics thought leader for our Field Organization, transforming data into actionable insight that drives growth, improves efficiency, and enables strategic decision-making.You’ll work closely with field leadership, revenue operations, marketing, product and finance to uncover opportunities that accelerate pipeline generation, improve conversion rates, and optimize field performance. As a key business partner, you’ll help shape go-to-market strategy through data-informed recommendations and forward-looking analysis.This role sits within the Field organization but partners closely with our central Data team - leveraging Contentful’s Insight360 platform to ensure the field organization has trusted, timely, and actionable data. You’ll interrogate data, experiment, build dashboards and models, and guide leadership with fact-based storytelling that drives meaningful business outcomes.If you’re a hands-on analytics expert with a passion for solving commercial challenges through data, this is an opportunity to make a tangible impact on the growth and success of Contentful.What to expect?Partner with Field leadership to define, measure, and monitor key performance metrics across pipeline health, bookings, productivity, and retention.Deliver high-quality insights and analysis that guide tactical and strategic decisions, supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term growth initiatives.Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and models that provide real-time visibility into field performance using Contentful’s Insight360 platform and modern BI tools.Collaborate with the central Data team to ensure data integrity, develop new data capabilities, and define requirements for future enhancements to the data platform.Act as Data Steward for the Field organisation to help drive data capture improvements, define key metrics and attributes as well as ensure strong data hygiene for field owned data.Conduct deep-dive analyses on key topics such as funnel conversion, territory design, forecasting accuracy, and field capacity planning.Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, Product and Finance to create a holistic view of the customer lifecycle, connecting data across the revenue funnel.Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives and visualizations for field leaders and executives.Act as a trusted advisor to field leadership, driving data-informed strategy, identifying improvement opportunities, and recommending operational efficiencies.Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the Field organization by promoting data fluency and self-service analytics.What do you need to be successful?Field leadership makes faster, more confident decisions using trusted, actionable insights.Insight360 and supporting dashboards become the single source of truth for Field performance and forecasting.The Field organization proactively uses data to identify growth opportunities, optimize resources, and exceed revenue targets.Cross-functional collaboration with the Data team ensures alignment between sales and CS needs and enterprise data strategy.You are recognized as a go-to strategic partner who blends analytical rigor with commercial acumen.What's in it for you?Join an ambitious tech company reshaping the way people build digital experiencesFull-time employees receive Stock Options for the opportunity to share in the success of our companyComprehensive healthcare package covering 100% of monthly health premiums for employees and 85% of costs for your dependents.
