Tax Senior Accountant

The Tax Senior Accountant will be primarily responsible for international tax compliance and tax provision with an emphasis on U.S. international tax compliance and supporting workpapers, ASC 740 computations and supporting workpapers, and international return to provision calculations. Other job responsibilities will include U.S. federal and state income tax compliance, information reporting tax audits, and special projects as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Accountant position requires general knowledge of taxation but will have the opportunity to become
proficient in all the following key tasks:

• Prepare Forms 5471 & 8858 using VantagePoint
• Prepare federal and state income tax returns using OneSource
• Prepare tax
• Compute earnings and profits as well as tested income using federal income tax principles
• Participate in the provision process by computing the projected book/tax differences for provision and rolling forward the inventory of deferred tax assets and liabilities
• Assist in responding to tax audits and other inquiries
• Participate in planning projects when appropriate
• Assist with the implementation of tax technology solutions to streamline and automate tax department processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (MST and/or CPA is a plus)
• 3+ years relevant tax experience, international compliance experience preferred
• Experience with tax preparation software and tax research
• Strong accounting, analytical and tax technical skills
• Motivated, collaborative team player with strong verbal and written communication skills

Compensation Information

Base Salary Range: $95,000 - $115,000 USD (Annually)
