Responsibilities

Main responsibilities but not limited to the following:

• The ability to answer multi-lined phone system and transfer to the appropriate department.
• Help to maintain service department records and file accordingly.
• Maintain sales department needed supplies and assure that they receive their weekly and daily documents in a timely manner.
• Help maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the sitting areas for sales and service.
• Ocassionally perform mail drop off and pick up for dealership.
• Sort incoming mail and send out to the appropriate departments and dealerships.
• Greet all incoming customers and exiting customers.
• The ability to work alternating Saturdays.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A year of customer facing customer service preferred but not required.
• A year of receptionist experience preferred but not required.
• Ambitious, hardworking presence in a team environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Reliable transportation required.
