• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient progress.

Qualifications

• Active California PT License (Required).
• Home Health Experience preferred (but we welcome skilled clinicians looking to transition).
• Road Ready: Valid DL, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
• Communication: Ability to clearly bridge the gap between clinical goals and patient motivation.
