We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our staffing agency for 4-6 weeks guaranteed hours.As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. Duties:
- Communicates and interacts with residents, families and team members in a kind, respectful and effective manner.
- Conduct patient triage and assessment
- Provide hospice palliative medicine support
- Collaborate with medical office staff for seamless patient care
- Engage in case management to coordinate patient services
- Specialize in memory care for patients with cognitive impairments

Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in MN
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience

- Eldermark
- Proficient in Assessments, Ordering processing, Fall Follow-Up.
- Familiarity with hospice palliative medicine practices
- Previous experience in Assisted living and memory care.
- Excellent case management skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.

Pay: $37.96 - $47.00 per hour
