Front Desk Associate
We are looking for a reliable and professional Front Desk Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate has prior experience in luxury hospitality or front desk operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist members and guests upon arrival
Manage reservations, bookings, and confirmations
Handle payments and transactions via POS systems
Answer calls and respond to inquiries professionally
Maintain a polished and organized reception area
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Familiarity with booking systems or POS software
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Education & Experience:
Previous experience in hospitality or front desk reception preferred
$19 - $20 an hour
