Commercial Data Analyst

To support strategic decision-making and performance management, the full-time remote Commercial Data Analyst will analyze customer behavior and operational performance while collaborating with IT and business teams to develop key performance indicators and dashboards. Key Responsibilities Develop and enhance analytics frameworks to monitor customer retention, market share, and revenue growth Provide insights into customer forecasts and their impact on operational performance Leverage AI tools and modern analytics workflows to improve efficiency and decision support across operations Required Qualifications 6+ years of relevant analytical experience with large datasets Bachelor's or master's degree in Analytics or a related field preferred Hands-on experience with AI tools and advanced analytics workflows Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven insights
