Host Position

Revel, adjacent to the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Downtown is looking for a host to join their team. This position will typically work weekends. A host is responsible for greeting guests when they arrive at the restaurant, making and managing reservations, and assisting servers in providing prompt and polite service.

• Is the first impression of the restaurant when guests come in
• Seat guests and manage seating chart
• Manage reservations system
• Respond to guest inquiries
• Assist servers delivering food to patrons and responding to their requests
• Clear, clean, and reset tables, refill beverages, and polish silverware as needed

Required skills:

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Weekend availability in the morning and evening is a must
• Outstanding people skills
