Key Responsibilities As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at LifeStance Health, you will: Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions remotely, ensuring tailored approaches to each client’s needs. Conduct thorough assessments to identify client challenges and develop effective treatment plans. Utilize evidence-based practices and interventions to facilitate positive change and empower clients. Monitor client progress and make adjustments to therapy strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Document all client interactions and treatment plans diligently in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Engage in regular consultations and collaborative discussions with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. Patient Population / Client Focus Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including adults as well as children and adolescents. You will provide support for various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and behavioral issues. By focusing on both individuals and couples, you will address the complexities of familial interactions and support overall family dynamics. Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications: A valid and active LMFT license in the state of Washington. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a preference for candidates holding advanced degrees. A strong commitment to providing quality patient care and a passion for mental health awareness. Preferred Experience The ideal candidate will have at least three to four years of direct clinical experience. Experience in conducting therapy with both adults and children, as well as handling various presenting issues, is highly desirable. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and techniques will be an advantage as we aim to provide accessible care to all clients. Compensation and Benefits LifeStance Health offers a competitive compensation package with a salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and productivity.
