Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse

Description We are seeking a full‑time, night shift RN to join our Maternity Center in Boise. This position is eligible for sign‑on incentives and relocation assistance for applicable candidates. Employment Type Full time Shift Night shift (7 pm–7 am). Full‑time position, three shifts per week. More About the Position Located at our Medical Center off I‑84 and Garrity Blvd in Nampa, Idaho, our nurses work in the beautiful Birkeland Maternity Center, which provides Labor & Delivery and Postpartum care, depending on patient census. The unit covers a total of three shifts per week and requires work in both the Boise and Nampa Family Maternity Units as needed. Unit Highlights 20 private LDRP suites 2 operating rooms 4 NICU beds (LevelII, 34weeks to term) 12 private labor and delivery rooms 2 PACUs 12 postpartum family suites 5 ante/postpartum rooms Average of 1200 deliveries per year Level3 NICU Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience as an inpatient RN, highly preferred. RN license in Idaho required prior to start. If holding a multistate license, notify the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days of establishing residency. RN license in Oregon required within 90 days of start date. American Heart Association Basic Life Support for HealthCare Provider (BLS/HCP) certification. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) obtained within six months of hire. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), STABLE, and NCC‑EFM certifications obtained within one year of hire.
