LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE

Palmetto Subacute Care Center seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide hands-on nursing care in our skilled nursing and rehab facility. The LPN will administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, document in EMRs, and support individualized care plans for post-acute, subacute, and long-term care residents. Working in a collaborative, resident-centered environment, you will partner with an interdisciplinary team to promote recovery, comfort, and quality of life while practicing clinical excellence and supporting families in a dignified, respectful setting.
