Repairsand Maintenance: Perform a wide range of repairs and maintenance taskson HVAC systems, such as replacing faulty parts, cleaning coils, andcalibrating equipment. Installation: Install new HVAC systems, including components like furnaces, airconditioners, heat pumps, and duct work. CustomerService: Interact with customers in a professional and courteousmanner, explaining technical issues in easy-to-understand terms, andproviding excellent customer service. SafetyCompliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, includingproper handling of refrigerants and electrical equipment. RecordKeeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of work performed,including service reports and inventory logs. ContinuingEducation: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, andregulations through ongoing training and certifications. Hourly Rate: $22 - $45/hour We also offer commission pay up to $65/hour Requirements Qualifications: TechnicalSkills: Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, includingtroubleshooting, repair, and installation techniques. Licensing: Valid state-specific HVAC license, if required. CommunicationSkills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interacteffectively with customers and colleagues. Problem-SolvingSkills: Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently. PhysicalFitness: Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, andstand for extended periods.
