Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and needs, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches, promoting personal growth and emotional resilience.
• Collaborate with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals and regularly monitor their progress towards achieving these objectives.
• Provide teletherapy solutions, ensuring accessibility for clients who may have mobility issues or prefer remote sessions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and remain current with advances in mental health care, particularly in teletherapy practices.

Your practice will primarily focus on individuals seeking assistance with a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and family dynamics. By fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic alliance, you will enable clients to openly discuss their experiences and work towards recovery. Qualifications

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, effectively establishing rapport with clients while maintaining professionalism.
• Possess a compassionate, empathetic, and nonjudgmental attitude, essential for supporting clients through their unique challenges.
• Organizational and time management skills to efficiently handle caseloads and perform administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience

• Two or more years of experience in a therapeutic setting, with a proven track record of working effectively with diverse client populations.

• Experience in conducting group therapy sessions and workshops.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
