Recurring Care SpecialistFloat Health is currently recruiting nurses and serving patients in California, Nevada, Arizona, Texas, Washington, Michigan, Indiana, Georgia, and Ohio with several new states on the horizon. As a Recurring Care Specialist at Float Health, you will play a vital role in driving operational success and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll be responsible for coordinating nursing care by interfacing with specialty pharmacies, nurses, and patients, and maintaining relationships with all parties throughout the life cycle of a recurring patient. Leveraging various technology platforms, you'll ensure timely, accurate, and efficient scheduling and communication to support seamless care delivery.This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. You'll handle high volumes of communication and scheduling tasks — responding to or actioning approximately 40 Zendesk tickets, answering up to 30 phone calls, and scheduling between 10 to 30 patient visits per shift. Your ability to manage these responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer service is critical.In addition to daily operations, you'll be encouraged to proactively identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement to maximize team efficiency. Flexibility, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit are essential, as you'll work cross-functionally with operations, product, and engineering teams to share feedback, unify workflows, and help shape the tools and automation that will drive future scalability.This is a fully remote position based in the US. This is a full time position working 40 hours per week. This role is likely covering one of these two shifts: Monday-Friday from 11am-7pm PST or Wednesday-Sunday (including the weekend) from 10am-6pm PST. Float operates in the PST time zone.Compensation for this role consists of a base salary and options grant, with the base salary expected to range from $48,000 to $50,000 per year.
