Home Health Rehab Manager: Lead Therapy & Quality
MHM Support Services
Mercy seeks a senior leader to shoulder total managerial responsibility for staff within home health therapy services. The role ensures quality and appropriateness of services in line with Rehabilitation and Home Health policy and Mercy Service Standards. The incumbent coordinates Quality Improvement related to Rehabilitation at home, oversees OASIS outcomes for ADLs and Mobility, and assists in budget preparation while reporting to the Home Health Director or Executive Director. #J-18808-Ljbffr MHM Support Services
