About the Role:

As a Sales Associate, you are the primary connection between our brand and our community. You are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales through product knowledge, and maintaining a high-standard store environment. We prioritize a people-first approach, treating every customer with empathy, kindness, and professional expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience & Sales

• Brand Ambassador: Act as a representative of the brand, adhering to styling and service standards while sharing our mission with every guest.
• Relationship Building: Develop lasting customer relationships through personalized service, product expertise, and styling advice.
• Drive Results: Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) by providing tailored product recommendations.
• Active Selling: Maintain high energy on the floor, managing multiple customers simultaneously and adapting selling techniques to meet business needs.

Social Media & Engagement

• Digital Interaction: Assist in brand-led social media initiatives and in-store activations to engage our online and local communities.
• Short-Form Content: Participate in creating and sharing digital content (such as short-form videos) to showcase new products and brand stories.

Operations & Visual Standards

• Inventory Flow: Support daily operational tasks including receiving shipments, processing inventory, and managing product movement (must be able to lift up to 40 lbs).
• Replenishment: Ensure the sales floor is consistently stocked and organized to maintain brand visual standards.
• Transaction Processing: Efficiently handle all point-of-sale (POS) functions, including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online order pickups.
• Maintenance: Keep the sales floor and stockroom clean, safe, and organized according to company policy.

Teamwork & Professionalism

• Collaboration: Foster a positive, trust-based work environment by supporting teammates in all functional areas.
• Development: Participate in training programs and brand initiatives; be open to feedback to continuously improve performance.
• Professionalism: Maintain a calm and professional demeanor, especially during high-traffic periods.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle inventory shipments.
