This role is responsible for assisting with the delivery and management of reliable IT systems for technology services within the organization, ensuring that service levels for performance, availability and support are achieved through the internal IT systems team or external service providers. Responsibilities : Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and ongoing management of the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, routers, switches, firewalls, vpn, LAN/WANMAN, servers, storage, and related security systems, ensuring optimal performance, stability, and security while aligning with business needs, leading teams, and driving strategic technology. Assist in the development and execution of long-term IT infrastructure strategy, aligning with business goals and future technological trends. Participate in IT Infrastructure budgeting Evaluate new technologies and vendor solutions to identify opportunities for optimization and cost-efficiency. Create planning for infrastructure upgrades and modernization projects. Leading the resolution of complex network issues, performing root cause analysis, and preventing recurrences. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, reliability and performance. Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions. Manage and support enterprise data centers, inclusive of server backups, ensuring backup policies are in compliance. Manage team of IT infrastructure engineers and technicians, delegate tasks/projects and performance expectations. Manage servers farm that includes physical, virtual servers, and virtual server clusters (Hyper-V). Manage and ensure effectiveness of servers, including domain controllers, file, print, databases and their associated operating systems and software. Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect sensitive data and systems. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards. Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with hardware and software vendors. Ensure vendor performance aligns with service level agreements (SLAs). Optimize resource utilization and identify cost-saving opportunities. Coordinating technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance. Patch Management – responsible for making sure all servers are patch on a timely basis. Manage the teams’ Change Management work according to the CM program. Maintain organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by executing strategic plans for information technologies. Oversee the maintenance of administrator accounts, permissions, and access rights in AD. Oversee the server and network IT asset management inclusive of annual asset inventory and associated documentation. Participate, plan, and perform disaster recovery for critical business applications, systems, and services. Responsible for Active Directory administration including maintenance and high availability uptime. Responsible for setting up servers monitoring for proactively respond to potential hardware and software failures. Manage expenses to ensure compliance with budget targets. Manage the SCCM suite of software. Implement SCCM for servers and workstations management. Coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees; Develop personal growth opportunities. Keep up to date with advanced technology and industry best practices. Run and share regular operation system report with appropriate management. Develop, implement, and maintain hardware standards for servers, routers, FWs and infrastructure systems including in the cloud. Perform other related duties as requested and special projects as assigned. Requirements : Knowledge and experience in leadership and management Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching and development skills Management experience in a team-oriented workplace preferred Excellent organizational management skills Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer information systems A minimum of four years of technical and managerial experience in information technology Specialized training or certification in computer related field preferred or equivalent experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and supervise the independent work of staff Availability to work on weekends as required Proven ability to manage change Capacity to take calculated risks and innovate Experience in setting vision and strategy Lead by example and encourage team in developing adaptability Successful in communicating effectively Prioritizes developing others Thinking that values diversity and difference Proven ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organization Skilled at managing effective teams and work groups that default to action, are accountable, and take ownership of work Why you'll be a good fit: Our Core Values are an integral part of who we are and who we hire. Why You’ll Love Working Here: The pay range for this position is between $106,300.00 To $180,090.00 annually. Actual base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Employees in this position may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus, 401(k) with an 6% employer match per pay period.
