Residential New Construction Plumber

Job Description Job Description We are seekinga Residential New Construction Plumber to join our team! The selected individual will install and repair water supply lines and drainagesystems. Responsibilities: Install water supply lines, drain-waste-vent (DWV) systems, fixtures and appliances Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately install plumbing systems in new residential structures Conduct system testing and inspections to verify proper operation and compliance with building codes Collaborate with construction teams, carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to coordinate installation activities on-site ift heavy materials safely and operate construction site equipment as required Qualifications: Jouneyman License Previous experience in new construction plumbing Ability to read blueprints and schematics Ability to use hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and construction site machinery safely and effectively Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Company Description Plumbing Specialists, Inc is a family company who has been successfully serving the greater Roanoke Valley for over 35 years.
