Location: Kent, WA

Pay Rate: $24.00 hourly (with increases after 90 and 180 days upon successful review)

Shift: M-F 2:30pm-11:00pm

Shift Differential: 6%-8% of the base hourly rate for applicable hours worked

Needed flexibility to work additional hours, holidays, and weekends based on business needs

A warehouse loader is responsible for ensuring our products are moved within the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner and performing the loading/unloading of route trucks manually or by forklift operation.?

Responsibilities

• Ensure warehouse standards are upheld by working in a safe and professional manner?

• Load and unload route delivery trucks and tractor trailers by hand and forklift?

• Palletize products for loading?

• Operate warehouse equipment such as Forklifts, Electric Pallet Jacks etc.?

• Take care of our products through proper handling and storage?

• Ensure inventory is properly maintained?

• Ensure good housekeeping and warehouse standards are upheld?

• Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions?

• Move our delivery trucks for loading and unloading and perform truck refueling?

• Handle administrative responsibilities as needed (bay mapping, inventory tasks, damaged product counts, and allowing housekeeping entry during their scheduled time)?

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age?

• Must possess a valid Driver's License and have an acceptable driving record (no major driving offenses in the last 3 years)?

• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 60 lbs. during the work shift?

• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role including sitting, standing, walking, lifting, stooping, bending, squatting, pushing and pulling with or without a reasonable accommodation?

• Willing to work overtime as needed?

• Warehouse or forklift experience is preferred; training will be provided for qualified associates.

• Must be willing and able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
