CRM Manager

Managing client relationships, the full-time CRM Manager will develop and implement acquisition and retention strategies for over six direct-to-consumer clients, while overseeing a team of analysts and ensuring cohesive omni-channel marketing efforts. Key responsibilities Manage client relationships and execute best-in-class acquisition and retention strategies across multiple DTC clients Oversee the end-to-end email production process, including ideation, design handoff, build, scheduling, and deployment Coach and mentor CRM Analysts, providing guidance on account management, communication, and email strategy Required qualifications 2-5 years of email marketing experience in the e-commerce industry Hands-on experience using Braze and advanced proficiency with Klaviyo or similar campaign management tools Strong organizational skills with experience in data analysis and client relationship management Experience in developing marketing assets and collaborating with creative and e-commerce teams BS/BA Degree in Business, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field is desired
