Job Title: Project Co-ordinator – NPDI Busbar PL Function/Department: Busbar Product Line (PL) Reports to: Senior Manager Global Programme Management - NPDI Location: Anderson, SC, USA Job Summary The Project co-ordinator is responsible for the cross-functional co‑ordination of new product development and sustaining projects. These projects range in complexity that span functions, organizations, geographic regions, and cultures. The Project co-ordinator coordinates the efforts of engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, production, logistics, and other cross‑functional groups to optimize time to Expedite NPDI projects. The Project co-ordinator must build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with project stakeholders at multiple levels, specifically with internal departments and sections, to ensure success of the projects. Proven ability to communicate & negotiate with people in various level to accomplish tasks Competence in problem solving, follow, report preparation and update Experience in conducting meetings to ensure the progress Ability to quickly develop cross functional relationships to achieve project execution Results-oriented with proven ability to accomplish goals Knowledge with Microsoft Office 365 applications, Microsoft Project, & Smartsheet Strong communication skills to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization.
