Qualifications

• State License Compact licenses are allowed. License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications BLS. Willing to obtain allowed for BLS.
• Certifications ACLS. Willing to obtain allowed for ACLS.
• Certifications NIHSS. Willing to obtain allowed for NIHSS.
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Medical ICU (MICU) in last 3 years.
• Skills Assessment MIC skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• References 2 references within the last 2 years.
• Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all the following experience: 2 years of ICU acute care experience. must have Cerner EMR experience. must have experience with ventilators, ventriculostomies, and cardiac monitors. must have experience with pulmonary artery catheters, arterial lines, central lines, and PICC lines. must have experience with IABP, ECMO/tandem heart, and Impella. must have experience with BIS monitors, continuous pulse oximetry, and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT). must have experience with gastric tubes and intravenous infusion pumps.
