Patient Representative (Health Care/Office Automation)

Duties
Provide input to Commander and other staff regarding trends, issues or provider/staff member problems.
Gather information on Congressional Inquires, Inspector General and Dial-the Boss special inquiries.
Assist in expediting appointments and providing escort during facility visits.
Identify elements of clinical administrative practices which contribute to or create an atmosphere for patient dissatisfaction.
Maintain the Interactive Customer Evaluation System (ICE), for the Commander, providing responses and closure of inquiries posted by patients or on behalf of patient.
