Registered Nurse - Pediatric Homecare

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes. Key Responsibilities Include Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using the nursing process. Delivering care in accordance with prescribed orders. Monitoring signs and symptoms to identify physiological and psychosocial changes. Collecting, analyzing, and documenting patient data and nursing diagnoses. Qualifications Current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state. Valid TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification. Preferred: at least one year of professional nursing experience.
