Advance your manufacturing career!  The first step starts by applying for this production operator position in Rogers.  In this production operator role, you'll be responsible for checking products for quality.  This is a second shift opportunity with weekly paychecks, benefits, and valuable experience.

Location:  Rogers, MN

Pay: $18+/hr.

Hours: 3 pm – 11 pm, Monday – Friday

Job  d uties of the production operator:

• Check products at the beginning and throughout the shift to confirm quality standards are met
• Rework product as needed in conjunction with the assembly department
• Pack and inspect parts according to the inspection processes sheet
• Fill out labels and report production accurately
• Make boxes for parts to be shipped in
• Keep work area clean/organized

Requirements of the production operator:

• Lift up to 25 lbs.
• Attention to detail
• Effectively communicate in English both verbal and written
• Stand for extended periods of time and/or walk around the shop
• Hand and power tool experience is a plus
• Work in a loud environment
