Oakwood Heights Village is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in Oil City, PA!

NEW WAGES + Multiple Shifts Available

We're looking for dependable, compassionate CNAs to join our team. Whether you're an experienced CNA or a new graduate, Oakwood offers a supportive team environment with consistent leadership and a focus on quality resident care.

Available Schedules:

• 7:00 AM-7:00 PM

• 3:00 PM-11:00 PM

• 7:00 PM-7:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including mobility, meals, hydration and personal care

• Provide compassionate assistance with hygiene and daily care

• Observe residents and report changes to the nursing team

• Document food and fluid intake

• Assist with feeding and nutritional supplements

• Help maintain clean and comfortable resident areas

• Safely transport residents throughout the facility

• Support nurses and fellow team members

• Follow facility policies, procedures and professional standards

• Maintain resident confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Certification

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Compassionate approach to resident care

• Ability to work in a skilled nursing environment

All candidates must pass pre-employment screening and a PA Criminal Background Check.
