We are looking for a Leasing Consultants with a Strong Tax Credit background
We are currently hiring for great leasing professionals to work in the property management industry. We offer excellent opportunities for career development in the property management field. Become a part of a winning team that promotes professional growth and advancement!
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Stand and Greet Always
· Touring, accepting and processing applications, phones, and call backs.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, future residents, vendors and colleagues.
• Complete tenant move-ins and move-outs in compliance with all company procedures.
• Receive rental payments move in/move out paperwork, rent charges.
· Perform other duties as assigned by the Community Manager such as eviction notices or other notices.
REQUIRMENTS
• At least 3-6 months previous property management experience or related industry
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to accomplishing daily responsibilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Works Saturday and Sunday
