We are seeking a goal‑oriented, motivated, and energetic Sales Representative to join our growing Outside Sales team. This role provides our customers with solutions to their facility services needs by offering industry‑leading products and hands‑on help with the details of their workday. This business‑to‑business (B2B) sales role will apply the learnings from the Cintas Sales Training Program, including cold‑calling, in‑person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection handling, and closing. Responsibilities Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory. Utilize the CRM to identify prospects, close new business, and consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas. Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide solutions to meet their facility services needs. Qualifications Required: High School diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and Contact Management System (CMS). Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Prior sales experience (1 year+) in similar roles. Prior new business‑to‑business (B2B) sales experience. The range is based on skill set, experience, training, performance, and business needs. Geographic differentials may apply.
