Human Resources Coordinator

Position: HR Coordinator
Hybrid Remote: Erlanger, KY 41018
Pay Rate: $30-36 Hourly

Must-Haves:
- 2-3+ years of HR Coordinator or HR Generalist experience
- Handling all Admin work for the HR Team (ie: New Hire Onboarding, Welcome emails, coordinating training for New Hires, Onboarding Paperwork Including I-9's)
- Experience supporting HR Business Partners/ Sr. HR Managers
- Strong experience with the MS Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills & Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business
Day to Day:
As a HR Coordinator, you will function as a Sr. Admin of the HR Business Partner and Sr. HR Manager — You will be handling candidate new hire onboarding and paperwork including I-9's, welcome emails, coordinating training for new hires and other HR administrative duties. You will be working closely with the HR Management Team on a daily basis. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
