Trauma Performance Improvement RN Coordinator

Intermountain Healthcare Inc.

Intermountain Health seeks a Clinical Program Coordinator to guide patients through the collaborative care process from diagnosis to follow-up. The role focuses on education, care coordination, and ensuring evidence-based practices within the Trauma department at Good Samaritan Hospital. The position requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing, active RN license, BLS-HCP, and at least three years of RN experience.
