Full-time W-2 position (40+ hours/week) Year-round work — no chasing the next project Health, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off A recognized leadership role setting the quality bar for the Showroom division What You'll Do Lead installation of custom cabinetry, countertops, and finish carpentry on showroom and residential projects Own quality control and final walkthroughs for your crew's work Mentor and train Apprentices, Level 1, and Mid-Level Carpenters Solve complex fit-and-finish challenges independently Be the go-to expert that Designers, Project Managers, and clients trust on site Represent Norfolk professionally on high-visibility, customer-facing projects Requirements 10+ years of carpentry, custom cabinet installation, or finish carpentry experience Proven ability to lead and train other carpenters Deep experience with high-end or custom finish carpentry Reads plans fluently, no hand-holding required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
