Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated healthcare team. This role is integral to providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with medical professionals, and ensuring positive patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical judgment and a commitment to patient advocacy. Responsibilities Assess patient health conditions, administer medications, and implement care plans. Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and responding to medical emergencies. Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventative care. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Operate and monitor medical equipment safely and effectively. Advocate for patient needs and ensure their comfort and well-being. Qualifications Valid RN license in the state of practice. Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical nursing setting. Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
