We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, show up consistently, and understand the importance of quality, safety, and teamwork.What You'll Do:Label, fill, package, and prepare productsSupport production line setup and operationComplete production paperwork and packaging recordsMonitor product quality and production flowPerform basic cleaning and line maintenanceCommunicate issues to supervisors and team leadsFollow GMP, safety, and quality standardsWhat We're Looking For:Minimum two (2) years of manufacturing or production experience.Strong work ethic and attendanceAbility to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasksAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Basic math and English reading/writing skillsTeam-oriented attitude with willingness to cross-trainWork Environment:This is a physically active manufacturing environment that may include heat, dust, noise, and non-climate-controlled conditions.Working with raw materials such as wheat, soy, alfalfa, antibiotics or peanut butter.
