Non-CDL Driver We are looking for an experienced Bus Driver to join our elite team in East Point, GA. As a key member you will ensure safe and comfortable transportation for passengers while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service. Pay $17.42 – $27.24 over 3 years. Benefits Vacation: 1–6 weeks per year, based on seniority. Paid Sick Leave: 4.66 hours monthly (7 days annually). Medical, dental & vision after 90 calendar days. Life insurance, 401(k) retirement benefits, and company holidays. Key Responsibilities Follow designated routes and schedules while adhering to strict safety protocols and traffic regulations. Provide exceptional care and assistance to passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation. Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections, report maintenance issues, and maintain cleanliness and safety equipment readiness. Enforce company policies, including seat belt use, emergency response, and regulatory compliance. Perform additional duties as required. Qualifications 21 years of age or older. Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional). Excellent communication and customer‑service skills. Availability for day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts. Subject to DOT drug testing and physical, if applicable. Physical Requirements Ability to work various shifts and flexible schedules. Structured around long periods of sitting, typing, or using a computer screen. Work environment includes both indoor and outdoor settings.
