QA Automation Engineer

We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer with deep experience in Java and Selenium to lead and execute testing activities for mission-critical enterprise applications. The role is responsible for ensuring high-quality deliverables with minimal technical debt while collaborating across teams to support business and technology goals. Experience with Salesforce is a plus, but not required. Job Responsibilities: Lead and manage all testing activities assigned to the team Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Java and Selenium Promote best practices in test automation, including code reviews and source control Drive continuous improvements in testing strategies and performance methods Design and implement automated tests for web services, APIs, and UIs Coordinate End-to-End testing efforts across multiple product and domain teams Create End-to-End test plans for projects on the Salesforce platform (experience not mandatory) Collaborate with developers, QA team members, and offshore teams to ensure quality objectives are met Maintain tools such as source control, test management systems, and release tools Support agile development processes through timely testing and feedback Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in test automation with Java and Selenium Strong understanding of automation frameworks and best practices Experience designing automated tests for web services and APIs Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Skills: Experience testing Salesforce UI and backend Exposure to global delivery models and offshore QA collaboration Certifications: Not mandatory, but automation or testing certifications are a plus Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field Email ID * This field is required Please enter valid emailId.
