The role demands a deep technical mastery in data science, particularly within a marketing context, and a passion for mentorship to foster a learning mindset within the team. Applicants for the Head of Data Science and Analytics position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or related field, with a preference for a Master’s degree, and at least 8 years of relevant experience. The role requires proven hands-on skills in SQL, Python, and Databricks, as well as a strong background in statistical modeling, machine learning, and advanced analytics methods. Experience in marketing analytics, including attribution modeling, audience segmentation, and predictive modeling, is essential.
