Registered Nurse (RN)We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in bariatrics, orthopedics, and general surgery to join our Operating Room team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care and support to patients undergoing surgical procedures in a fast-paced environment.Shift DetailsSchedule: 4x10-hour shifts from 06:45 to 17:15Call requirements: 4-5 call days per month, including potential weekends and holidaysWeekday call: 17:00 to 07:00Weekend and holiday call: 24-hour coverageResponsibilitiesProvide nursing care to patients in the Operating Room settingCollaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomesUtilize medication management systems, specifically PyxisAdhere to safety and health regulations while performing clinical tasksMonitor patient status and respond to changes in conditionMaintain accurate patient records and documentation using EPICQualificationsMust possess at least 1 year of EPIC experienceCurrent BLS certificationActive RN license in South CarolinaMinimum of 2 years of experience in nursing, preferably in an Operating Room settingSkills and AttributesStrong clinical and critical thinking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentFlexibility in adapting to changing circumstances, including call requirementsIf you meet the qualifications and are ready to contribute to our team, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients within the Operating Room.
