For more information, visit Key Responsibilities Operate tractors, tractor‑drawn machinery, and self‑propelled machinery to plow, harrow, fertilize soil, plant, cultivate, spray, and harvest crops. Load agricultural products into trucks and drive to market or storage facilities (without CDL). Harvest agricultural products and operate farming equipment. Maintain and repair agricultural equipment, farm buildings, fences, and other structures. Transport animals, crops, or equipment; repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment. Clean equipment or facilities and build agricultural structures. Prepare land for agricultural use; clean work areas and maintain grounds and landscaping. Maintain and repair irrigation and climate control systems; set up and operate irrigation equipment. Qualifications Three (3) months recent and verifiable experience in the duties listed. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. May work nights and possibly weekends; employer may request but cannot require work on Sabbath. Once hired, worker may be required to take a drug test at no cost; subject to employer's drug‑free and alcohol‑free workplace policy. Testing positive for an illegal/controlled substance or failure to comply may result in immediate termination.
