Site Supervisor – Full Time
We're looking for a dependable, driven Site Supervisor to work closely with our Project Managers and lead crews to successful project completions.
Schedule
Monday–Thursday, 10-hour days, with frequent Fridays and occasional Saturdays.
What You'll Do
- Own the day-to-day flow of your job site, keeping work on schedule and on track
- Communicate with clients daily, providing updates and building trust throughout the project
- Lead and direct a crew of 3–5 hourly team members
- Coordinate deliveries and plan weekly logistics to keep your site running smoothly
- Partner with Project Managers to ensure every job is completed efficiently and with quality
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a supervisory or lead role in the field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A valid driver's license
- Someone who takes pride in their work and holds their crew to a high standard
