At 100% of your sales target, annual earnings typically range from $180,600.00 – $236,000.00. Commission earnings are capped at 500% of target, allowing for an annual earning potential of $350,000 or more for high achievers. What you’ll do: Lead and Develop Sales Teams: Direct, mentor, and support a team of sales professionals to achieve peak performance and foster ongoing skill development. Drive Strategic Sales Initiatives: Design and execute sales strategies to generate new business, expand existing accounts, and achieve ambitious revenue targets. Manage Key Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with mid‑market clients, resolve complex challenges, and participate in major negotiations to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Optimize Territory and Resource Management: Allocate territories and resources to maximize coverage and business opportunities. Oversee Team Operations: Execute sales plans, assign responsibilities, monitor results, and drive hiring and promotion decisions to build a high‑performing team. What you’ll need: Proven Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing sales teams to consistently meet or exceed goals. Strategic Sales Planning: Expertise in creating and implementing effective sales strategies in dynamic markets. Relationship Management: Advanced ability to cultivate, maintain, and strengthen key client partnerships.
