Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients, crafting individualized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices. \n
- Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families using a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing. \n
- Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other multidisciplinary professionals to ensure clients receive holistic and seamless care, tracking progress through regular meetings and updates. \n
- Facilitate crisis intervention sessions for clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies, using your expertise to provide immediate support and therapeutic stability. \n
- Engage in community outreach efforts to promote mental health education and reduce stigma, leading workshops and informational sessions tailored to community needs. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A current and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). \n
- A minimum of a master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution. \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and effective therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds. \n
- Demonstrated cultural competence, allowing for effective engagement and understanding of clients from various ethnic, cultural, and socio-economic groups. \n
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, ensuring the efficient and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans. \n

- Experience working in a detox or residential treatment environment, particularly with clients experiencing addiction or severe mental health issues. \n
- Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms to provide remote therapy, ensuring continuity of care in a virtual environment. \n
- Familiarity with contemporary therapeutic methodologies that coincide with state-of-the-art practices in mental health treatment. \n
