Assistant Manager

Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences on each and every occasion.
- Accountable for inventory counts and reconciliation
- Responsible for training and development of all team members.
- Role model and coach and hold accountable for standards.
Assistant Manager Qualifications:
- One or more year of management experience preferably in a fashion forward boutique
- Familiarity and comfortability with sales in excess of $2 million annually
- Supremely organized and extremely good at multi tasking
- Passion and can-do mindset
Assistant Manager Benefits
- A base salary of $38 to $45K commensurate with experience (paid hourly for a 40 hour work week)
- 2 weeks of PTO plus closed for Thanksgiving and Christmas
- Medical, dental and vision coverage subsidized by the employer.
