Content Marketing Manager
Location: Remote/US Duration: Full Time
Job Description:
- Develop and Implement Content Strategy: Create a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with company objectives and marketing campaigns.
- Oversee Content Creation: Manage the production of original content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and infographics.
- Execute Digital Campaigns: Plan and execute digital campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, LinkedIn Ads, and Google ads.
- Analyze Campaign Performance: Use analytics tools to measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Generate Leads through Content: Create content strategies to attract a qualified audience and convert them into leads.
- Team Management: Lead a team of content creators, designers, and external agencies.
- Stay Updated on Market Trends: Keep abreast of the latest life sciences industry trends and customer challenges.
- Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with sales, product, and services to generate new content ideas.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a Content Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, or similar role.
- Proven track record in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google and LinkedIn Ad campaigns.
- Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or related industry is required.
