Machine Learning Engineer / Predictive Analyst

Salary: $150,000 - 190,000 per year Requirements:

• We require 5+ years of experience in machine learning, predictive analytics, data science, or a similar data-oriented discipline.
• We need strong hands-on proficiency with Python and SQL.
• Experience with Spark or PySpark is preferred.
• Snowflake experience is a plus.
• We look for a track record of building machine learning and predictive models from the ground up.
• We expect experience working with large datasets and distributed data processing environments.
• A solid understanding of statistical analysis, forecasting, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques is required.
• Experience in cloud-based analytics ecosystems such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is needed.
• We need someone who can work independently with minimal oversight.
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving ability are essential.
• We require the ability to convert business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience supporting sales and marketing analytics is preferred.
• Experience with forecasting and business performance prediction models is a plus.
• Familiarity with enterprise-scale machine learning environments is preferred.
• Exposure to Databricks or similar modern data platforms is beneficial.
• Direct experience presenting to business stakeholders and leadership is an advantage.

• We build forecasting and predictive modeling solutions that support sales, marketing, and operational priorities.
• We work with business stakeholders to translate unclear requests into practical data-driven solutions.
• We perform exploratory data analysis, feature creation, model selection, validation, tuning, and performance improvement.
• We operate within enterprise cloud and big data environments to deliver scalable analytics solutions.
• We help increase team capacity by speeding up project delivery and supporting a growing pipeline of analytics work.
• We collaborate with analytics, engineering, and business leadership teams.
• We communicate insights and model results clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• We contribute to improvements in predictive analytics workflows, scalability, and operational efficiency.
