SPEECH PATHOLOGIST/THERAPIST FULL TIME

Responsibilities Reporting to the Director of Rehabilitation Services this position provides diagnostic, evaluative and therapeutic procedures for treatment of adult and geriatric patients disabled by illness or injury with a goal of optimizing functional restoration and rehabilitation. Provides speech and language treatment to patients. The position is a full-time Speech Therapist located at Corona Regional Medical Center in Corona, CA with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. The hospital is a 238-bed community hospital network, including a 160-bed acute care hospital and a 78-bed rehabilitation campus. It is certified by The Joint Commission and employs healthcare professionals across multiple specialties. Qualifications Speech Therapist Job Requirements: License to practice speech pathology by the California State Board of Medical Examiners required or a RPE/CFY applicant supervised by a Licensed Speech Pathologist following State and ASHA guidelines. Current BLS (CPR) Certificate required. Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA) required for supervisor of graduate students or RPE/CFY applicant.
