Community-Based Therapist: Home-Visit Mental Health Support

ViaQuest, Inc.

ViaQuest Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions in Ohio seeks a licensed social worker or professional counselor to provide therapy to individuals in home settings. You will conduct scheduled patient visits and ensure treatment plans stay current, while documenting progress and communicating with care teams.

The role requires travel within the service area and a valid driver’s license. A strong therapy background and appropriate licensure are required to join our team.
