IT Director

To build and lead the technology function for a remote-first, multi-location organization, the full-time salaried Director of IT will set the vision for IT infrastructure, security posture, and internal systems while collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Own the IT strategy and roadmap, aligning technology investments with business growth and operational priorities Build and continuously improve IT operations, including device and user lifecycle management and access governance Define and drive the company's cybersecurity posture, ensuring security and compliance keep pace with headcount growth Required qualifications 7+ years of progressive IT experience, including ownership of IT strategy in a distributed or multi-location environment Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, Azure AD, and MDM solutions Experience owning ERP or CRM platform strategy, with NetSuite experience as a strong plus Strong grasp of network architecture, including DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls Demonstrated ability to manage budget, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations
