Pay & Benefits:

What You'll Do:

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to LTC residents according to care plans
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to improve or maintain residents' functional abilities
• Document patient progress and communicate updates with the multidisciplinary team
• Participate in team meetings to coordinate care strategies
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety standards

What You Need:

• Valid occupational therapy license in Texas
• BLS certification
• Prior experience in long-term care or similar setting preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
