Description The Recruiting Coordinator will perform all related activities as necessary in order to fill current and upcoming studies. This position is responsible for ensuring strict protocol adherence during the recruitment process. Compensation includes a bonus program for each study filled. Pre‑qualify potential participants via their medical history and basic demographic information to ensure they meet protocol qualifications. Discuss and explain pertinent aspects of the study with potential participants and assist them in scheduling for the study that best fits their medical history and schedule. Ensure each study is on track and maintain participant schedules with confirmation and reminder calls. Assist in all aspects of office related tasks, including incoming and outgoing calls, sending and replying to multiple internal and external emails, and assist walk‑in participants. Work primarily by phone during the majority of the workday; calls to/from participants are limited to those who have already expressed interest in our studies; no cold calling is involved.
